Updating your payment method

Instructions for selecting a different payment method for your subscription.

If you have an active subscription to a paid plan, administrators with the "billing" privilege can update the payment method at any time. Below are the three available payment methods:

How-to

To update the payment method for your community's subscription, visit the "Billing" page in the "Settings" section in the Admin Portal. In the last box, you'll see your current selected payment method. Click the white "Replace" button.

On the next page, select your preferred payment method and enter the corresponding information. Lastly, click the "Save" button. Your subscription will be updated, and you can use that payment method for any current or upcoming payments!
