Resetting your HOA Express account password

Instructions on how to reset the password for your user account.

On the HOA Express website, you can easily and securely reset your user account password. 

  1. Start by clicking the "Sign in" link from the menu at the top of the website.

  2. On the sign in page, click the "Forgot password?" link in the bottom-right-hand corner.

  3. Next, enter the email address currently associated with your user account to receive a verification email.

  4. A six-digit verification code will be sent to this email address, which you'll enter in the next step. For security, this code will expire after 15 minutes, so you'll want to use it right away!

  5. Once the correct code has been submitted, click the "Continue" button.

On the next screen, enter the password you'd like to use. There isn't a specific length or set of character combinations you'll need to use. However, the bar beneath the "New password" field must turn green. This indicates the password is strong enough. If you need assistance with this, please review our tips outlined here: Creating a strong password.

To double-check that the password has been entered error-free, click on the "Reveal" link next to the password field to view what you've entered. Then, click on the “Reset password” button to save your new password.

Didn't receive an email?

For those who haven't received an email from our system, first check your spam messages. If it's still not there, it probably means that the email address isn't registered. 

If you know the email address you've entered is associated with your member profile on the website, we recommend contacting your website administrator or our customer success team for further assistance.
