Our email auditor tool is available for diagnosing why an email address isn't receiving emails. This can also be used to remove an email address from a suppression list it may be on, causing the email address to no longer drop messages.
How can I find out if there's a problematic email address?
Often times a member will notify you that they're not receiving emails or you'll notice an issue indicated in the communication details.
How to use the email auditor tool
Visit the "Communications" section in the Admin Portal.
Here, click on the "Email auditor" button from the menu at the top of the section.
On the next page, enter the email address that isn't receiving emails.
Lastly, click "Check" and view the information provided on your screen for insight as to why that particular email address isn't receiving emails. To remove an email from a suppression list, please contact our customer success team.
