How can I find out if there's a problematic email address?

Often times a member will notify you that they're not receiving emails or you'll notice an issue indicated in the detailed send log.

How to use the email auditor tool

  1. Visit the "Communications" section of the Admin Control Panel.
  2. Click on the "Email auditor" button.
  3. Enter the email address that isn't receiving emails.
  4. Click "Check" and view the information listed on your screen for insight as to why that particular email address isn't receiving emails. This will also remove the email address from any suppression list.
