Add an extra layer of organization to your website by adding a subfolder and placing it inside of a parent folder. To learn how to create a parent folder, visit our "About folders" help article.

Create the folder

To create the subfolder, visit the "Pages" section in the Admin Portal. Here, click on the "Add folder" button from the menu at the top of the page.

Next, enter the name of the subfolder, then click the "Add" button.

Move the folder

After you've created the folder, click on the double arrow icon under the "Move" column and drag it to be within the parent folder. Here, hover it above the pages you'd like added inside.

The folder will indent (eg. 11.1 as shown below) to indicate it is now a subfolder inside of the parent folder.

Add pages into the subfolder

  1. Place pages inside of the subfolder by clicking on the double arrow icon under the "Move" column.

  2. Next, you will see the corresponding page icon will appear to indicate which page is being moved.

  3. Lastly, drag and hover over the subfolder or the page before it that has been placed inside here. Those pages will then indent to indicate they've been moved into the subfolder (eg. 11.1.1, 11.1.2 as shown below).

Below is an example of how this will now look in the page menu on your website:
