New websites created on your reseller account start on a trial of the deluxe plan until the payment is processed, which will only take a few minutes. Therefore, when viewing your websites in the Reseller Portal, the new website’s size will show as 15, followed by the subscription size you’ve selected. This will update to only show the subscription size after the payment has finished processing.

If one of your communities needs to approve more members than their current subscription size allows, or if they need additional email accounts or text message credits, you can easily increase their subscription size! When making this change, you can choose to have this change take effect now via a prorated payment charged to the card on file or at the next renewal.

When you select to update the size "Now," the prorated payment can take up to 5 minutes to process, and the “Size” column will reflect this update afterward.

If you select “At the next renewal,” the “Websites” section in your Reseller Portal will display the current size followed by the size the website is changing to. Additionally, the “Price” column will reflect what the subscription price will be at the next renewal.

Conversely, if the community has merged or deleted accounts, resulting in a smaller size, you can decrease its subscription size, you can decrease its size, which will take effect at the next renewal.

To update a website’s subscription size, click on the numeric button under the “Size” column. On the next screen, select the new subscription size, the option to have that take effect "At the next renewal," then click the “Change” button.
