A benefit of being on our reseller program is you receive a flat 25% discount off the normal monthly price for all websites on your reseller account. For instance, if the normal monthly price for the selected subscription size is $30/mo, you’d only pay $22.50/mo as a reseller!

Minimum spend requirement

For our resellers, there is a minimum spend requirement of $100/mo for any month that you have at least 1 website in your reseller account. Since this program is for those with multiple websites on the HOA Express platform, we don't expect this requirement to impact resellers using our program as intended. If the cumulative amount you spend toward resold website subscriptions is less than $100 in a month, you’ll be charged a makeup amount to meet the minimum spend requirement. This won't apply to you if you don't have any websites in your reseller account during that month.

Any minimum spend makeup charges in a month will be credited toward future charges incurred that month.

Adding a payment method

While on the program, you’ll be required to have a credit card on file. This will need to be added before you can create new websites on your reseller account or adopt existing websites. To add this, visit the Reseller Portal. Then, under the “Billing” section, click the “Add payment method” button.

Enter the corresponding card details on the next page and click the “Save” button.

Billing

For any resold websites that renew on a particular date, your card will automatically be charged a lump sum for the total amount due. The amount is determined by the subscription size of each website that is being renewed, along with any minimum spend makeups/credits.

Most resold websites renew monthly on the 1st of each month. For new websites that are created mid-month or adopted websites with existing subscriptions that don’t renew on the 1st, a prorated charge will be used to shift the renewal date to the next 1st of the month. That way, renewals for your resold websites will end up aligning on the first day of the month.

It’s important to note that even if all of your resold websites have renewal dates in the future, you’ll still be charged $100/mo on the 1st of the month to meet the minimum spend requirement.
