You can easily notify members of an active survey on your website, by sending out an announcement email from the Admin Portal. When you send out an announcement, a blast email will be sent to the selected recipients notifying them the survey is available to take on your website.
This is a great tool to use to prompt your members to respond to the survey directly on your website!
First, visit the "Surveys" section in the Admin Portal. Here, find the active survey you'd like to announce and and click on the megaphone icon under the "Announce" column.
This will take you to the "Send email" page in the "Communications" section of the Admin Portal. From here, you can customize the announcement’s content, save it as a draft, select intended recipients, and schedule announcements for the future.
A blast email will then be sent to those members notifying them of the available survey. You can also announce a survey more than once if needed!
