We highly recommend communities who currently manage their own domains transfer management to us (learn more). If your community currently manages your domain, you can transfer management to us by visiting the "Domains" page in the "Settings" section of the Admin Portal.

Next to your domain, you'll find a "Transfer to us" button as shown below. Click this button to initiate the process. Afterward, you'll need to check the "Domains" page for additional steps to complete the transfer.

Note: New transfers can't start until at least 60 days after the domain was purchased or was last transferred.
