You may be wondering who owns the domain when it's being managed by HOA Express. Per our terms of service, the community to which the domain is assigned remains the owner of the domain.
Therefore, administrators with the "domains" privilege can request that it be transferred back to the community's management if the need arises. Instructions for how to take that action are provided here: Transferring domain management to your community.
