Including current contact information in your profile and account helps ensure other members know how to reach you and that you receive communications from the website.
Below are instructions for adding or updating a cell phone number to your profile to receive blast text messages, as well as adding a landline to your account.
Adding a cell phone
If you’d like to receive blast text messages from your community, you’ll want to add a cell phone number to your profile on the website. To do so, follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your member profile on the community website and click on your name in the top right-hand corner.
2. From the drop-down menu, click “Member settings.”
3. Here, under the “General” tab, enter your number in the “Cell phone” field.
4. Lastly, click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to apply this change.
Adding a home phone
If you have a landline, you can add this phone number to a stored address on your account. To add this contact information, follow these steps.
1. While logged into the website, click your name in the upper-right-hand corner and select “Account settings” from the drop-down menu.
2. Under the “Addresses” tab, click the pencil icon next to the accompanying address.
3. Here, enter the number in the “Home phone” field.
4. Lastly, click the “Save Address” button at the bottom of the page.
