If you've selected to delete an email account in the "Email accounts" section in the Admin Portal, it will pend deletion for 60 days. Administrators with the "email accounts" privilege can follow the steps below to permanently delete that account before the end of the 60-day period.
How-to
First, visit the "Email accounts" section in the Admin Portal.
Here, click the "Restore deleted accounts" button at the top of the page.
Next, click on the trashcan icon under the "Delete" column.
Lastly, confirm that you'd like to immediately and permanently remove the account.
