Within 60 days of an email account being deleted, it can be restored by an administrator with the "email accounts" privilege. To do this, click on the "Restore deleted accounts" button found in the "Email accounts" section of the Admin Portal.

On the next page, find the email account you wish to restore and click the arrow icon under the "Restore" column.

Note: To access a restored email account again, you'll need to reset its password via the Admin Portal.
