Using the export and import tools found in webmail, you can add new contacts from an external email client and share contacts across branded email accounts to maintain identical address books.

Export a contact

  1. First, log into the email account on the webmail platform.

  2. Here, click on the “Contacts” icon from the left-hand menu of your screen.

  3. Next, right-click on the contact you’d like to export.

  4. From the drop-down menu, select “Download VCard” to save the VCF file to your computer.

Export an address book

To export an address book and the contacts within, log into the email account and follow the steps outlined below.

  1. First, click on the “Contacts” icon on the left side of your screen.

  2. Next, right-click on the address book you’d like to export and select “Export contacts” from the drop-down menu. Note: If you don't see the “Export contacts” option after right-clicking, click the hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines) in the upper left-hand corner. This will expand the menu and allow you to select “Export contacts.”

  3. Choose the format in which you’d like to download your contacts.

  4. Lastly, click “Export” to save this file to your computer.

Importing contacts

  2. Here, select the address book where you’d like to add your contacts, right-click, and select "Import contacts" from the drop-down menu.
