There may be times when you'll need to reference past receipts and invoices for purchases you've made through HOA Express, such as subscription payments and automated letter mailings. If you're an administrator with the "billing" privilege, you'll be able to access this information by following the instructions below.  


In the "Billing" section of the Admin Portal, click on the “Transaction history" tab. Here, you'll see a list of all past transactions made on your website.

Under the "Receipt/invoice" column, click on the blue magnifying glass icon to view a particular receipt or invoice.
