There may be times when you'll need to reference past receipts and invoices for purchases you've made through HOA Express, such as subscription payments and automated letter mailings. If you're an administrator with the "billing" privilege, you'll be able to access this information by following the instructions below.
First, visit the "Billing" section in the Admin Control Panel.
Next, click on the "Payment history" tab. In here, you'll see a list of the all past transactions made on your website. Under the "Receipt/invoice" column, you can click on the blue magnifying glass icon to view a particular receipt or invoice.
