There may be times when you'll need to reference past receipts and invoices for purchases you've made through HOA Express, such as subscription payments and automated letter mailings. If you're an administrator with the "billing" privilege, you'll be able to access this information by following the instructions below.
How-to
First, visit the "Billing" page in the "Settings" section of the Admin Portal. Here, under the “Transaction history" header you'll see a list of all past transactions made on your website. Under the "Receipt/invoice" column, click on the blue magnifying glass icon to view a particular receipt or invoice.
