When using the online payments feature, our payment processor needs to verify the directors for a community. All financial institutions have “Know Your Customer” (KYC) obligations, and are required by the government to collect information about individuals who open accounts on behalf of organizations. These regulations are intended to prevent abuse of the financial system. We only collect the minimum information required in each country to satisfy these obligations.
