Setting your timezone, date format, and time format is an easy way to ensure this information is displayed properly on your website. Full administrators can set this from the "Settings" section in the Admin Portal. 


  1. In the “Settings” section of the Admin Portal, click on the “Community information” tab from the list of categories.

  2. On the next page, select the "Formatting" tab.

  3. Next, click on the drop-down menu under each applicable heading to select your community's timezone, date format, and time format.

  4. Once you've finished updating these settings, click "Save." 

The timezone will help our system know the best time to send automated emails, collect payments, and more. The date and time formats will be used anywhere we display a date or time on your website or in emails.
