As you may have noticed, HOA Express does not offer a feature designed for official voting. In fact, our survey feature (the feature closest to official voting) has a few intentional limitations to discourage it from being used for official voting.
Verifying someone's identity online is a tricky endeavor. Cutting corners by offering a voting feature without true identity verification goes against our company values. The results from such a feature could be easily manipulated and, therefore, would not be trustworthy.
In the future, we may offer an official voting feature, though. If we do, you can be confident it will be designed to be secure and trustworthy!
