The webmail settings allow you to set a signature for all emails sent from the webmail interface. To do this, log into your email account and follow the steps below.
- Click the gear icon located in the bottom left-hand corner to open your settings.
- From the "General" tab, click on your email address listed next to "Identity."
- Select "Insert this signature before quoted text in replies."
- In the text box, add your signature.
- When finished, click "Update."
