Is your domain not working? If the domain is managed by us, please contact us to have the issue resolved quickly. If your community manages the domain, follow the steps below to sort out the issue.

  1. First, log into your domain registrar (the company you purchased the domain from) and make sure the domain is active and not expired. If it has expired, you'll need to renew your domain.
  2. Verify that your domain's nameservers are correct. When you first set up the domain, you received two nameservers to use. Make sure those nameservers are still the ones used on the domain. If you've forgotten what they are, please contact us.
  3. Make sure your community website subscription has not expired. Domains only work with websites on the deluxe plan.
