Pricing and instructions for sending mailed letters through our service.

Our automated letter mailing feature is a convenient and affordable way to mail physical letters to members of your community. With this service, there's no need to buy supplies or postage, print the letters yourself, or handle mailing them.

Instead, you'll simply upload a PDF version of the letter you'd like us to mail for you and we'll take care of the rest!

Specifications

Before uploading your letter, be sure it meets the following specifications. Also, it's worth noting that pages will be printed double sided.

  • The letter is saved as a PDF file

  • The pages are sized to 8.5" x 11"

  • The letter does not exceed 12 pages in length

  • The top third of the first page has been left blank (this is where the addressing information will be printed)

Getting started

Once your letter is ready to mail, visit the "Communications" section in the Admin Portal and click the "Mail letter" button from the menu at the top. On the first screen, upload your PDF file, then choose whether you'd like to print your letter in black & white or color.

Next, you’ll select to whom you'd like to mail the letter to. You can choose to mail your letter to just one member, your entire community, or any combination of groups and account types.

Review and mail

Our system will process your file and gather a list of the members' information you are mailing your letter to. Before moving forward, be sure to preview your document to confirm the content appears exactly as you want!

After pressing “Continue,” you’ll review the list of members to confirm names and addresses, then press “Continue” again to move to the payment page.

Here, you'll provide your payment information. This feature will only accept credit/debit card payments since these payments are instantaneous. We accept all major card brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more.

When ready, click the "Confirm and pay" button.

Viewing mailed letters

A copy of the letter will be available to all recipients in their communications archive (learn more). Administrators may also view the letter, along with the list of members that it was mailed to, in the "Communications" section of the Admin Portal.

Receipts

To view or print a receipt associated with a mailing, visit the "Billing" page in the "Settings" section of the Admin Portal.
